Internal Redecorations and Repairs have recently been completed to a Common Parts in a residential block in Notting Hill, West London.

The property was left in an extremely poor state and various Lath and Plaster Repairs were required to the ceilings throughout together with plaster repairs to all walls to bring the property up to a finishing standard.

The walls and ceilings were then redecorated throughout with a ‘smokey green’ Emulsion applied to the walls below the dado rails. All timber was redecorated in Satinwood, with all areas looking stunning on completion.

Following floor repairs which included the introduction of ply to improve the structural integrity of each landing, a new Avebury 100% Wool Loop Pile Design Carpet in the colour ‘Maddington Mist’.

All existing light fittings were then fully cleaned and tested on completion.
