Another recent damp-proofing small works project undertaken in Central London for one of our key clients.

Damp became apparent to a Party Wall within the property and proved to be a long term issue.

To solve the issue, the plaster was hacked off up to 1200mm to the entire perimeter of the wall. A DPC was injected prior to applying a waterproof render and skim finish, ready for redecoration.

A very happy client due to an extremely tight turnaround and below the expected budget.
