The Triquetra Construction Roofing Division have recently completed the Slate Roof Replacement and associated leadwork together with the application of a liquid overlay system to the rear roofs of two 5 storey properties in Pimlico, Central London.

Following the erection of scaffold by the Principal Contractor, the slate roof finishes to both properties were fully stripped in stages to prevent any water ingress. Timber repairs were then undertaken to each phase as some elements of the roof structure were found to be in disrepair.

Following the repairs to the structure, New TLX Gold Insulation was installed prior to the installation of Cedral Rivendale Blue Black Slates.

New associated Leadwork was carried out to all pitches together with new lead dormers including insulation and timber works.

The Rear Flats Roofs had minor felt and asphalt repairs carried out prior to jet washing the existing roof covering ,we then applied Centaur PU waterproofing system over the  existing roof coverings, All leadwork was redressed and new UPVC gutters were installed.

The works were completed within the specified time frame and within budget.
