Triquetra successfully completed a 24-week External Redecorations and Repairs project in Notting Hill in November 2023. The project was executed with meticulous detail, and amounted to a total cost of £360,000.00 + VAT. The scope of work encompassed roof repairs, masonry cleaning & repairs, and redecoration works to the windows following a full overhaul where required.

The scaffold was erected in phases across three blocks, A comprehensive DOFF cleaning process was applied to the brickwork and stone, effectively eliminating years of accumulated dirt and pollution. Masonry repairs, along with complete window overhauls where necessary, were then diligently executed.

At the roof level, our in-house team performed various slate repairs, then cleared and restored gutters, ensuring the structure is fully watertight ready for the winter period.

Redecoration of all masonry, metalwork, and windows was then completed, resulting in a pristine, clean finish. Notably, the colour of the windows on two elevations was changed from green to black, leaving a striking and refined appearance.

Triquetra also carried out the external redecorations and repairs to 18 Mews properties which consisted of masonry repairs and cleaning, timber repairs to windows and doors, and asphalt repairs to the perimeter kerb, with a fresh coat of white solar reflective paint applied.

Our on-site team maintained a close collaboration with various retail units, taking proactive measures such as erecting branded banners to mitigate any potential business disruptions caused by the scaffold.

We take pride that the project was successfully completed withing the stipulated timeframe and well under the allocated budget.
