Triquetra have recently completed the External Redecorations and Repairs project to 3no. Residential Blocks in Surrey Quays, London, for the sum of £170,000.00 + VAT.

Built in the 1930's to house workers for the nearby gasworks, the building is packed with character including cast iron rails and divided light sash windows throughout.

Scaffold was erected to all three blocks where the windows were found to be in serious disrepair. Utilising Repaircare products, various repairs were undertaken throughout with the windows which were then fully redecorated. Where windows could not be repaired, 8no. new Sash Windows were supplied and installed.

Our in-house roofing team ranged over all roofs and balconies and identified various tile replacements together with lead repairs where necessary. Where required, Dormer Roofs were coated in the Kemperol Liquid Overlay System to ensure fully watertight.

Masonry repairs have also been completed which involved brick re-facing, re-pointing and helibar reinforcement as required to all elevations.

An additional service to each individual lessee was offered where windows could be fully overhauled to ensure they were fully operational.

The project was completed on time and under budget.
