Triquetra have recently completed the External Redecorations and Repair works to a property within South Kensington, London.

Scaffolding was erected to the front and rear elevations, ensuring safe access to all areas, including the chimney stacks. A survey of the roof areas was conducted, leading to the replacement of slates and leadwork where deemed necessary. Additionally, a liquid overlay system was expertly applied to the front elevation balconies.

Various masonry repairs were undertaken, encompassing re-pointing, brick re-facing, and the complete renewal of balusters for the first-floor balcony on the front elevation. The repair process extended to all windows, including high-level units in extremely poor condition, which were subsequently fully redecorated upon completion.

We are proud of the successful outcome of this project, which was not only completed on time but also well within the allocated budget, totalling just over £100,000 + VAT.
