Triquetra Construction recently completed the External & Internal Redecorations to a property in West London following severe subsidence damage.

Phase One works included underpinning to the basement areas together with the installation of a new steel structure to improve the structural integrity of the building.

Due to the severity of the damage, the entire front elevation render had to be renewed in lime and the front elevation balcony also required further strengthening prior to redecorations.

Following the remedial works in Phase One, Phase Two commenced which was largely finishes being applied throughout.

Our ‘in-house’ roofing division renewed two roof pitches in slate together with associated leadworks. The front elevation balcony also had the Kemperol Liquid Overlay System applied with an anti-slip finish.

External Redecorations were then undertaken which included the redecoration of all previously painted surfaces. The newly applied lime render was redecorated in the Zinsser Exterior All Weather Masonry Paint in the stunning blue colour as shown in the photos.
