We have recently completed a small flat refurbishment (MOT) to a property in SW London.

Following water ingress, various damage was recorded to walls, ceilings and the timber floor throughout the unit.

All flooring and skirting was carefully removed prior to undertaking ceiling and wall repairs throughout.

New timber flooring was then installed with new skirting boards to match.

Redecorations were undertaken to all previously painted surfaces, inclusive of newly installed skirting and light fittings were replaced where found to be defective.

We had a very tight timescale on this project of 6 working days, which was met and completed under budget.
