Triquetra have recently completed a flat refurbishment project in Lambeth, London.

The first floor apartment was fully stripped out, inclusive of plumbing and electrical installations, partitions and flooring.

Acoustic partitions were then installed to the new plans, which enabled the apartment to become more ‘open plan’, and two layers of sound-proofing was installed to the entire floor.

A new bathroom was created with stunning wall and floor tiling, and the apartment benefited from a new electrical and heating installation complete.

New joinery was installed throughout, which included bespoke new doors, architraves, skirting, and purpose made cupboards.

New floor coverings were laid throughout with a full redecoration undertaken by others.

We are really pleased with the finished product, and the project was completed on time and under budget.
